Order Policy

Order can be done either by fax (604-524-0633) or by calling the order desk at (888)448-4244 ext: 3. Products are shipped the same day if the order has been placed before 2:00pm (PST).

Delivery Policy

STR Supplies uses various freight companies for the delivery of its products.

Return Policies

All our products have a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfy by the product, simply return it and we will credit a refund.
